We invite you to become a part of the story of Oak Hill, and to make Oak Hill a part of yours. Our wedding services include the venue, tables, chairs, and a selection of linens, with many other add-ons available. While some wedding venues are "all-inclusive", we feel that other professionals can provide your catering, floral/decor, and other needs much better than we can! However, we are more than happy to recommend vendors for those needs -- just ask for our Preferred Vendor List! We prefer to focus on making your venue experience perfect.

Wedding Packages

All of our wedding services include:

  • 12-hour use of property on your wedding day
  • Rehearsal time during day or week prior
  • c.1916 folk-Victorian Farmouse for Get-Ready
  • Dedicated wedding entrance & event parking
  • Parking attendant beginning 1 hour before your ceremony
  • Padded folding chairs or linen-topped hay bales for ceremony
  • Edison Chandelier Lighting in Round-Top Barn
  • Rustic Iron & Oak Chandeliers in Big Red Barn
  • String Lights in Big Red Barn
  • Seating tables, cocktail tables, chairs, and linens for reception
  • Buffet, Beverage, Gift, and Cake Tables with linens
  • Table & chair setup & breakdown
  • Deluxe restroom trailer with private entrances & climate control
  • Trash collection

Our most popular wedding service includes your wedding party + up to 150 guests. It includes all of the above services, our "Round Top" barn or your choice of many outdoor locations for your ceremony, our "Big Red" Barn for your reception, and more, for an investment of $5,950.

We also offer custom-designed packages ranging from Elopements all the way up to 350 guests!

Additionally, we offer a host of available add-ons, including:

  • Alcohol Privileges at Reception, with Security
  • Rehearsal Dinner Rental
  • Custom 8' Oak Farm Tables for Buffet
  • Event Rentals - China, drapery, lighting, and more!

Photo Shoots

Oak Hill is the perfect backdrop for your engagement, bridal, maternity, family, senior, and other photo shoots. For Couples who reserve their wedding at Oak Hill, as well as Equestrians who board their horses with us, we are happy to provide access for a bridal, engagement, or family photo session, free of charge. We are also happy to host outside clients and professional photographers for a nominal fee, as our availability permits. We also host "mini-sessions" with professional photographers from time-to-time, which are available to the public. Contact us with what you have in mind!
