Pricing at a Glance
Weekend wedding packages are $7,950 (Saturday) and $6,950 (Friday or Sunday) for up to 150 guests. Fridays and Sundays save you $1,000 and you get the same gorgeous venues, the same mountain views, and the same unforgettable experience. Custom quotes are available based on guest count, spaces used, and enhancements.
Everything Is Included
Exclusive use of your selected indoor and outdoor spaces, the 1916 Farmhouse for getting ready, all tables, chairs, and linens, dedicated wedding entrance with guest and vendor parking on-site, flexible indoor/outdoor flow with rain plans, and photo-ready grounds with multiple ceremony and portrait locations. Bring your own caterer, florist, planner, and entertainment, or ask about our curated Preferred Vendor List.
Want to see if your date is still available? We only accept a limited number of weddings each season, from April through mid-November, to preserve the land and your experience.
Round-Top Barn
Built in 1948, your ceremony unfolds beneath soaring timber beams while mountain air drifts in from the fields. The sun sets through the signature arched window as your guests gather in a space that feels both grand and deeply personal. It's romantic. It's timeless. It's Oak Hill.
Best for: Ceremonies up to 150, cocktail hour, or intimate receptions.

The Grand Carriage Hall
Originally built to house farm wagons, the Grand Carriage Hall is now a 5,000 square foot celebration space where rustic heritage meets modern elegance. Oak and iron chandeliers glow with Edison light above you and your guests as you share dinner, toasts, and a dance floor that stays packed all night.
For a distinctive touch, you can feature a curated selection of classic automobiles through our partnership with Coats Classic Cars — a timeless complement to your celebration. Whether as a stunning photo backdrop, a statement piece of reception décor, or an unforgettable grand exit, each vehicle adds a sense of heritage and elegance that’s uniquely Oak Hill.

The Farmhouse
Your private retreat on wedding day. Built in 1916, the restored folk-Victorian farmhouse offers a comfortable, light-filled space for you and your wedding party to get ready. The wraparound porch is perfect for portraits, your first look, and a quiet moment together before you walk down the aisle.
